Shipping Policy

ONLINE PURCHASES

All online purchases can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase. This can be done by visiting any locations of apex mobiles. You’ll find everything you need to know about your return options and product-specific return policies on this page.

What you bring in-store:

  • Company’s original printed receipt or e-receipt
  • Original method of payment 
  • Original packaging 
  • Valid photo id

RETURN BY MAIL:

You can return items bought online by emailing them back to us. it should be accompanied by the following:

  • Your original printed receipt or e-receipt 
  • Original packaging 
  • Undamaged original product.

IN-STORE PURCHASE:

All sales are final, no refund will be done on any sales, and exchange can be done for the same amount. The in-store purchase has 7 days return policy from the date of purchase. This can be done only by visiting the store. We need the following from you.

  • Your original printed receipt or e-receipt 
  • Original packaging 
  • Undamaged original product.

WARRANTY:

  • Cell phones have 30 days store warranty, TV boxes have 90 days store warranty, and TV’s have 6 months store warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Used devices/products come with 7 days store warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Warranty claim for TVs and other electronics could take up to 15 days to process.

 

REPAIR:

  • Apex Mobiles offers 7 days of limited warranty on all kinds of repairs. We are only responsible for the repaired parts only.

EXCEPTIONS:

  • No change of mind will be entertained on any purchase(s) made online or in-store.
  • If a change of mind is entertained; apex mobiles reserves the right to deduct 20-30% of the final sale value, or deny the return if someone found abusing the exchange policy.
  • The warranty doesn't cover any breakage, burnt, liquid damage, or any tampering with the device or product.
  • Any device/repairs left at the store for more than 30 days will become the property of the company to cover the cost of repair and storage.
  • Customers may have to pay any additional charges like delivery, courier, visit their home, troubleshooting, installations, etc.
